What’s your return policy?
Ardent Patriot Apparel Co. offers a 30-day money back guarantee for all products. If there’s something wrong with your order, if you ordered the wrong size, or if you just want to return it, send it back to me! Visit the Returns Center to get it started.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered for undamaged products within 30 days of delivery, or if the product received is incorrect or different from the product ordered.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Yes. If you find that you ordered the wrong size, just visit the Returns Center.
If you’re unsure which size would fit best, please check out our sizing charts— there is one for every item listed on the store, in the product description section. If you have reviewed the sizing guide and you are still unsure, please send me a chat and I will be happy to assist.
Though very rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please visit the Returns Center within 30 days after receiving your order.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late Or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund within 10 days after approval, please contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me at email@example.com so I can get it sorted out asap.
The return address will be provided via the Returns Center.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I cannot guarantee that I will receive your returned item.
