PTSD Not All Wounds

Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) affects about 8% of the U.S population at some point in their lives. Traumatic events such as an accident, assault, military combat or even a natural disaster can have lasting effects on a person's mental health. While many only have short term responses to these events, some develop longer-term symptoms that can be debilitating. PTSD symptoms often co-exist with depression, anxiety, and substance abuse. These wounds are not visible, but they are very real. Help us support those with PTSD.

PTSD Foundation of America is committed to helping combat veterans suffering from PTSD find acceptance and healing for the invisible wounds of war. Visit for more information
